A big thank you to all the wonderful the staff in the Physiotherapy department from reception, always friendly, to the Physio’s, in particular the musculoskeletal Physio who is helping me through a difficult time following a head/neck injury. Her attention to detail, follow up, clarity and care is wonderful and I cannot explain how much she has assisted me throughout this long process.
My initial contact with the vestibular physio was also wonderfully thorough and follow up shortly.
People do not show their appreciation enough and I feel it is important we do this whenever possible.
