I have recently joined this surgery after moving to Liverpool.
Getting an appointment is impossible!
I always complete eConsult forms and on completion advised a Doctor will contact within a certain date and time. This never happens and I have to contact the surgery to follow up my eConsult.
I managed to get a face to face appointment in September, I discussed my concerns regarding no appointments and no replies to eConsults with the GP, he blamed covid. He said the future of the NHS is digital, which I agree, but it can only work if the GP is digital friendly and Litherland Practice definitely isn’t.
I’m currently in the process of researching alternative GP surgeries within the area.
I can’t believe the difference from my previous GP surgery in London compared to Liverpool. There is definitely a North South divide.
