"Warts on sensitive areas"

Phoned up the clinic only this Thursday. Given an appt today at lunchtime. I received a text that was clear and precise. Attended on time, clear directions to the clinic. On attendance, was met by lady in reception, asked to take a seat in seating area. Exactly on time I was led through to the consultation room by Sasha. I then went through the generic question stage. It was during this time that although I was disclosing things of a slightly embarrassing nature, Sasha was fantastic. Made the entire process easy and punctuated with humour, at appropriate times. Shortly thereafter Sasha was joined by her colleague (Name escapes), he then took my blood and just like Sasha was amenable and amusing. The stage of the freezing of the warts was done professionally and respectfully. I left feeling exactly what to expect in the coming days. I told both members of staff my thoughts on them, and feel compelled to document it in writing. As I have alluded to, both were exceptional, both professionally but in their demeanour. I am not short of confidence, so this process was not difficult, but I can imagine how valuable both members of staff would be to more vulnerable / embarrassed people. Excellent wasn’t an option above, but Sasha and her colleague most certainly were. A huge thanks from me, keep up the good work.
