(as the patient),

Had to attend for a bone marrow biopsy, the appointment was excellent. Dr Lutfi was most excellent as were the nurses and all the staff. Never had this procedure before but the doctor explained everything to me so I was aware of what would happen. Brilliant. There are follow up appointments in place. I had a scan as well and will get my results in two weeks. Everything was told to me in plain English so I am not worried. I cannot suggest any improvements as none needed.
