About: Haworth Medical Practice

my father who is registered with Haworth medical practice sadly passed away on the 20th of November this year. I visited the practice on the 26th to chase my paperwork and was advised by lady on reception that they were aware of his death and his paperwork was in the doctors tray waiting to be processed. after 3 WEEKS and various call made by the undertaker on my behalf NO PAPERWORK passed to coroners office and i have now had to get myself all upset again to try get this sorted to allow the coroners to do their job and myself and the undertaker to arrange my Dads funeral. Dealing with the death of my Dad is hard enough without having to go through this.
