"outstanding staff"

Hi, I was a patient on ward 32 yesterday. I just wanted to makes some comments on the outstanding staff that looked after me. I can't remember any names and hope maybe you will be able to find out who looked after me and can pass these comments onto them, as I didn't get to tell them myself.

Firstly I would like to thank all the nurses and doctors that treat me so kindly at a time I found very hard to deal with. To the nurse that held my hand whilst I had procedure done and told me it was okay - You really helped me through this. You treated me with so much kindness and understanding. You may think you didn't do much but to me you made it so much easier for me to deal with, and I feel you went above what you needed to do for me as nurses, I just really want to thank you.

I also saw a consultant yesterday. Again he was very understanding and answered alot of questions I had, putting my mind at rest. This helped greatly as I was very scared, as I had never had any surgery before .

I then had to come back today for further treatment. I was seen by 2 nurses who both were so nice to me. They gave me so much reassurance, again, at a time I found very difficult.

All the staff that I have seen were just amazing. I just want them to know that their kindness did not go unseen or unheard. Thank you to all of you for making my situation that much more bearable.
