(as a service user),

Called my GP surgery this morning with a minor issue which was causing me a lot of pain.  After a short wait, I gave details to the receptionist who said someone would call back to either do a telephone appointment or ask me to come in.  Less than an hour later, I was called back to come in today.  I’ve got medication now and should be on the road to recovery soon

So impressed with my GP surgery - a very slick operation.  You hear a lot about GPs not seeing people but that's really not my experience

It was great to hear how your GP was able to see you within the same day and you received your medication without any glitches.

I hope you recovering well now and feeling a lot better.
