"Appalling practice"

About: Haworth Medical Practice

Even before the pandemic this was a poorly run practice. Covid seems to have made matters worse. The staff blame the various issues on how busy they are, but on a recent visit one of the nursing staff told me that they're not very busy, just understaffed medically.

thank you for your review regarding Haworth Medical Practice. Unfortunately I am unable to comment fully on your concerns as this was posted anonymously.

I can tell you that whoever told you that the medical practice is not busy is very much mistaken. The practice, as are all practices, is constantly working and at capacity all day every day. Quite often it is working beyond capacity, resulting in clinical staff working up to 12 hours a day. The clinical staff are up to capacity, barring any sickness and holidays.
