"Triage at the NERI"

Triage at the NERI is not private enough. 3 cubicals which are so close that every single person standing within 3-4 metres could hear my name and why I was in hospital. Absolutely no confidentiality what so ever. And, as a NHS employee, this made my experience horrendous as I was surrounded by colleagues. This system has to change.

Thank you for this valuable feedback. This is something we have recognised and we have started to look at how we can make this better with space long term. I will also take this back to the team so we can look at more immediate solutions. We are constrained by space in the department but will absolutely look at what we can do to make this experience better.

Sorry to hear of this.

thank you again.

Michelle
