About: Health and Wellbeing Centre, Earls Court

I’ve been at the practice for 6 weeks and in that time on TWO occasions I have arrived for an appointment only to be told by reception that the doctor or nurse isn’t in that day and that my appointment would have to be rescheduled. Both times I was not alerted that the appointment was cancelled until I arrived, meaning I booked time off of work for nothing. One of these appointments was absolutely urgent so I’m going to need to go to A&E for something that could have been done in 5 mins at the practice. I’m changing GPs as soon as possible. Please do not join this practice.
