After my appointment today with Karen at Audiology, at Kings Cross, to review my hearing aids and discuss my hearing loss, tinnitus and Meniere's -  I am feeling so much more reassured with my issues and less anxious.

Karen took the time to listen to me, discussed my issues and provided quality advice which has helped me so much. She also reset my hearing aid to new settings to try and make the hearing aid work better for me.


Quality and compassionate service which I am so grateful for.
