(as a service user),

I attended Wishaw Day Surgery unit and just wanted to say how fantastic the nursing staff were - I was there for 12 hours and they were brilliant. They were so attentive to every patient there and I could not fault them. A special thank you to Amy, Gwen and Tracey who took excellent care of my. 

I also want to say a massive thank you to the anaesthetic team who took great care of me throughout.
