About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Covid Vaccination Centre

(as a service user),

1hr 20mins to get a booster. I think the NHS needs investment. Lovely staff but the wait is a disgrace

Hi bluedm99,

We took into account your comment made whilst attending for your vaccination, we have put the following in place and it seems to we working quite well.

We have put additional vaccination stations in other areas of the centre with additional staff and the flow of the centre has now changed and seems to be working quite well,
