"Trip to Minor injuries unit - Keep up the great work"

About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

I’d like to thank the staff in the Mid Ulster Minor Injuries unit, from the receptionist staffing, nurses and X-ray team. This service is a credit to the community of the Magherafelt area. From the moment I arrived till the moment I left the department, I was very well taken care of. Especially by Staff Nurse Sandra and Nurse Practitioner Sean. You definitely are a credit to yourselves and the mid Ulster community. Keep up the great work!

My name is Natalie McLaughlin, and I am the Assistant Clinical Services Manager for the Minor Injuries Unit.

It is a pleasure to read your feedback, and I would like to thank you for taking the time to post it. Staff really do appreciate receiving patient's experience, and it is reassuring for them to hear they continue to provide compassionate, high quality care, at a time when the Health service is under immense strain.

The Mid Ulster Minor Injuries Unit, and it's staff, strive to provide excellent care for the local population, and endeavour to ensure positive patient experiences.

I will ensure your feedback is shared with the team and with Sandra and Sean.

Thank you again.

Best wishes

Natalie McLaughlin
