Hi, just to help someone thinking to join this surgery, at the moment, they are not link to Patient Access service to book appointments online, and the booking online system on their website is currently down. Also, be aware they don't open on Saturdays contrary to what google says, so is not possible to speak to anybody over the phone either. Only from Mon-Fri

Dear patient

Many thanks for the update, unfortunately I can not see where we are advertised as open on a Saturday, having checked the practice website and NHS choices site. If you could contact me me to discuss this further I would really appreicate it.

This regards to your other comments regarding online access, you need to pop into the practice with photo ID and we would be very happy to register you for online access. We currently offer routine telephone appts with a GP and covid booster appts to be booked online but you need to register first.

If the online website booking system is not working this maybe due to a national issue but you should be able to access this now, as there were a lot of issues last week with NHS software.
