Dear snowcz87

Firstly I must apologise for the time it has taken to respond to your feedback. I was sorry to read that the ulcer has not healed despite lengthy treatment at another hospital.

It was encouraging however, to hear that the treatment so far from the specialist ulcer clinic in East Leake looks promising.

The specialist nurses will be particularly pleased to know that you have taken the time to share your experience on Care Opinion and that you feel confident in their ability to care for you.

I wish you well for the future and hope you will be able to gain full recovery of this wound.

Kind Regards

Jane
