When letter came in for my disabled daughter telling us to phone and arrange appt I got a lovely lady to speak to .
Appointment made for a Sunday evening.
This was a perfect time … easy parking and few people going about in clinic .
On entering clinic was greeted by a lovely girl at reception .
My daughter was seen at allocated time . The nurse .. Jincy .. and the Dr were just lovely with both my daughter and myself .
