What I liked

From arrival to discharge treated with respect and courtesy.Each member of the team was polite and friendly. I was made to feel comfortable and kept informed all through the time I spent in the day case ward.They were fantastic.Well done!

What could be improved

Believe or not I did get cold waiting around. the weather had changed to rain and must have affected the overall temperature in the ward. i was supplied with a blanket but did not like to get intothe bed as i felt this was not to be used till the operation.

The advice was to bring along slippers and dressing gown but 'warm fluffy socks' would have been appreciated! (if allowed).
