About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Audiological medicine

(as a service user),

I had my hearing aids stolen from my car. I telephoned the audiology department at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital. They advised me I needed a crime incident number, which I obtained after reporting the theft. I phoned the hearing department back, they took my details and advised I would receive my replacement aids in the post. I was more than surprised that I received them 48 hrs later. Truly grateful for the excellent service. Many, many thanks.
