"Bariatric surgery"

I had a gastric bypass. My consultant who performed the surgery was Mr Yeluri. I cannot thank Mr Yeluri, Katie and John, pre-op assessment nurses Jane and Julie from Bassetlaw, Debbie, Esther, the nurses on the night shifts of Ward S10 and Mr Farooq the anaesthetist and Chloe who held my hand whilst in theatre. Without all of you where would all of us who depend on you be. I was treated at all times with dignity and compassion and everyone was thoroughly wonderful and amazing.  I could not have done this without you. You all put me at ease, and was there to support me. Thank you to all of you. I'm very grateful for everything you have done for me.
