About: Adult Mental Health Services / Eastvale Resource Centre & Day Hosp

I attended Eastvale CMHT, following a long period of being depressed, resulting in me trying to end my life. I was supported by Dr Embry and my CPN was Nicola. They saved my life. I will be forever grateful to them. I feel that it is very easy for people to complain, however little recognition is given to the amazing work that this team do. I am an example of this. I will always remember my first appointment with the CPN and hearing the words your mind is broken, so we will help you fix it. I no longer felt on my own. I was discharged six months ago after a period of support, and my mind is still going strong.
