I needed to have my implant removed. I am super anxious around needles and got myself into a bit of a state before my appointment. When it came to the appointment a nurse called Lynsey dealt with me. She was so kind, patient and understanding. I took a bit of time to calm down and let her remove it but she didn't get annoyed or rush me and I was really grateful for that. I didn't feel much at all when she did it and felt a bit stupid for getting so upset, but again Lynsey was so kind and made me laugh which was so nice.
