"A credit to the NHS"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Gynaecology Services

(as a service user),

I stayed overnight after surgery undertaken by Mr Bourne and his team and after recovery from the anaesthetic I was admitted to Ward 309 where the busy and kind nursing staff had time to attend to each of us on the ward.

I had a good supper of meat stew and veg with rice pudding which was tasty and appreciated after fasting for over 24 hours prior to the operation.

In the morning a lovely breakfast of porridge and fruit was given.

Please pass on my positive experience to the catering department.

My stay was short as the beds are needed seeing the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary is working at full capacity through the pandemic.

Thanks to you all as you are a credit to the NHS and appreciated.
