"Skillful Eye Surgery"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

My first ever visit to Vale of Leven Hospital was in Nov 2021, for eye surgery, to remove a blister type growth from my left eye, having seen the eye surgeon, Mr Tejwani, at the RAH, just a couple of weeks previously. The growth was removed from the corner of my left eye, with no pain and very little discomfort.

I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks to Mr Tejwani and all the nurses in the theatre area, for their skill and for the manner in which I was treated and spoken to. Also my thanks to nurse Anne, who looked after me, on entry to the day ward and after my surgery and to all in our NHS. Thank you from a grateful patient

Dear The big breenger

Thank you for taking the time to leave such nice feedback in regards to your experience of using the Ophthalmology Department of the Vale of Leven.

It was nice to hear how all the staff looked after you and made you feel comfortable in what must have been an extremely worrying time for you.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to Mr Tejwani, all the nurses in the theatre area and of course nurse Anne who I'm sure will all be touched to hear such a glowing reference.

I hope your eye is now a lot better and your recovering well after your surgery.

Kind regards

Kevin
