Amazingly well run department. Every appointment in person or by telephone with consultant Dr Seenan or gastroenterology nurse specialist Gail is thorough. Careful explanation is given with follow up communication detailing the conversation. I'm very well taken care of. I couldn't ask for a better service. First class!

My Crohn's disease had been in remission for some time but I'd been experiencing recent changes in my health. This was picked up immediately and a plan put into place.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of using the Gastroenterology Department of the Gartnavel General Hospital.

I'm glad your experience of both in person and over the telephone consultations have been informative and any processes have been carefully explained throughout your journey.

I was sorry to hear of your recent changes in your health but glad you now have a treatment plan put in place you are happy with.

I will be happy to pass on your comments to the staff involved who I'm sure will be delighted to hear how they have made such a difference while you were in their care.
