My experience with CGL has been brilliant, I could have not asked for a better experience. James and Paddy have been great mentors, sponsors and mostly I have made 2 great friends. They have set up these sessions they have been brilliant. I have learned so much about myself and also how to deal and stay abstenent. I learned I have to put myself first in my recovery. James has been inspirational with his words of wisdom, kindness, and his delivery and presentation. Paddy is always helpful and go beyond to help you if needed. This programme has gave me, my confidence back, personal care and my life back. Its also gave a next chance with my children and loves ones.  will continue with the day programme, Im really looking forward to it. I would also eventually like to volunteer here if you guys will have me (lol).

I would recommend CGL to any other fellow addict because it certainly has changed my life. So I like to say a BIG THANKYOU TO ALL CGL TEAM.
