(as a service user),

-A friendly, professional environment.

-James was an excellent recovery coach 

-Paddy  was also an excellent recovery coach

-I learn so many skills and techniques to help with addiction

-The nurse was brilliant

-The detox and CGL, James and Paddy saved my life and could save many more lifes.

Thank you for leaving some feedback. My name is Georgia and I am the Communications and Partnerships lead here at Change Grow Live Birmingham. I am part of a team that regularly reviews feedback left on Care Opinion, responds and shares this with the wider team.

It is great to hear that you found our service friendly and professional. We always aim to make every person feel welcome in our hubs and community venues. We are pleased to see two staff members mentioned in your feedback, Paddy and James, as well as a nurse. We have shared their good work and positive feedback with the wider Birmingham team and their managers.

Our ambulatory detox offers people the opportunity to detox safely in our hubs with the support of Recovery Motivators and a dedicated nursing/clinical team. Thank you for your feedback on this. We hope you have success in your next steps.
