"Great care"

I am just waiting for an operation to hopefully happen here soon. It sometimes can feel like a long enough wait but you have to understand the staff are doing all they can to make the process as efficient as possible, it just is frustrating. They are always nice and friendly and pleasant to speak to and I have never encountered any issues with any member of staff here. The ward is cleaned regularly which is good as it outs you at ease more whilst being in hospital. The food is okay too you will always want your own food at home but sure it does the job. It’s a nice touch the tea and coffee trolley in the evening and getting a little biscuit too. The doctors are good because they update you with your plans for treatment as they know. They seem to work well here together as a team on the ward. Overall I am satisfied with the care I have received here on 4 North.
