"Endoscopy at North Devon District Hospital"

Yesterday I had an Endoscopy in the Gemini suite at NDDH. I thought the complete process from appointment to the procedure was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, explaining clearly what the process was which made me feel quite at ease. Whilst the process itself was a little uncomfortable, I was asked constantly how I was feeling and each step was explained. I even got to see what was happening on the screen! Many thanks to all of the team who made the experience much easier to deal with. I did appreciate the fact that the team are working weekends to try and reduce the back log of the work load they have, not once did I notice anyone complaining.
