About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I arrived at 9am and staff showed me to my ward and bed .  Staff also done various blood tests etc on me and generally made sure I was comfortable.  Went for my procedure just before 2pm and it went good no problems all staff ,nurses , porters and doctors were brilliant in attending to me.  I returned to my ward after procedure for observation and as before all staff were brilliant and friendly.
