"Completely unavailable to Patients"

I've tried called many time since joining this GP and have waited on average 50 mins before I was able to speak to a receptionist. Once connected the receptionist is unable to book any appointments or help at all.

I need to speak to a doctor for 10 minutes in regards to a life-long condition I have and this has been impossible. I understand that the corona-virus pandemic has caused problem but how is it possible that at 8AM when I call there's a line of 45 other people, likely suffering in a similar situation as me, desperately trying to get a hold of a doctor for just 10 minutes.

Furthermore every time I call, I am recommend to use their online services (NHS App, PatientAccess, AskFirst) and these app never provide any appointments either. Its an impossible situation.

This is terrible and needs to be resolved as soon as possible. Worst GP service I have ever used.

Unfortunately there has been also an increase of the number of patients calling after the restrictions were lifted.
