Having just finished the recovery program with CGL I have to say how incredibly impressed I have been with the counselling sessions. Jason and Wendy (The service programmers/Hosts) not only ran the sessions very well, but we’re incredibly supportive of myself, my journey and that of others.
I can honestly say that listening to others in the group, their stories, their coping strategies, along with very relevant weekly topics, made it a weekly session I did not want to miss.
I cannot rate the service of CGL highly enough and everyone involved in my progress whether it be Alan my support worker or Jason and Wendy’s fantastic sessions are an absolute credit to the business.
I’ve also forged some great relationships with the group and the support, banter and even laughs we have had on the sessions make them even more fulfilling.
CGL - Without doubt has changed my outlook on life, and given me not only fantastic coping/behavioural strategies, but more importantly a reason to be me again. Thank you.
