(as a service user),

I’ve had problems with me and my newborn baby , so I’ve called somerford grove practice , and not only the staff registered me on the same day, but also they sorted out the virtual appointment with the doctor few hours later and the doctor managed to find me an appointment next day in person. Me and my partner are truly grateful to everyone who helped us there so quickly and efficiently.
