"Eases a bit of stress"

About: University Hospital Ayr / General Psychiatry (Mental Health)

(as a service user),

I previously had written a bad review to bed status waiting times. I took the advice given and phoned the charge nurse Frank who listened and understood. My own CPN tries her hardest, only so much she can do but grateful that Frank seemed to listen and wishes to resolve my problem which I am grateful for as it eases a bit of stress
