About: East Surrey Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Bad case of UTI on Friday evening. Gone to East Surrey Hospital, A & E department. All staff there very helpful and efficient. Waiting times better than expected, around 1 1/2 hour, comfortable seats. Medical support very thorough, several tests and investigations. Received medication and advise to my GP to refer to Urologist for further investigations.

Within a week contacted by East Surrey with appointments with urology for cystoscopy and Crawley Hospital for CT scan within 2 weeks. VERY IMPRESSIVE !!!

Those appointments were excellent with friendly and efficient staff in both hospitals, Follow up in East Surrey again very fast. My thanks to all staff involved who did an excellent job under difficult circumstances!
