"Completely Unprofessional"

I was told that I would be given a follow up appointment only to not be told when it was. After spending forever calling I was told that I can get one booked in a months time despite the fact that my prescription runs out in a few days. After telling them this, I got put onto another line where no one answered and I couldn't leave a message. The next appointment should have been booked weeks in advance which they told me was the case but obviously they're too unorganised to actually sort it out.
