"A really kind and positive experience at breast clinic"

About: City Hospital / Breast surgery

(as a service user),

I had a really kind and positive experience in the Breast Clinic today.  Every member of staff were kind, helpful and informative.  The department was clean and not over crowded. I felt comfortable to ask questions and have a wider discussion about my health concern.  A really great team and a credit to the NHS.
