Over the past few days & today especially, I have been so impressed with the care & respect Ward 5B have  provided to my Grandmother & our family.  They went above & beyond in these challenging times, to provide us with the reassurance that she is being cared for despite us not having seen her in over two months.  You have no idea how much that meant to us as a family.  Thanks for listening to my worries when you have so much to deal with already on a daily basis.  Most importantly we feel re-assured that you guy's are doing your very best for those who can receive no visitors at this time.  Amazing work & many thanks from the whole family.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share your lovely feedback. I can only imagine how difficult the last few months must have been for your Grandmother and her loved ones, especially as hospital visiting has been necessarily restricted.

The staff in Ward 5B will be delighted to hear that their efforts to deliver person-centred care with sensitivity and compassion have been recognised and appreciated.

This is a great example of a team working together to support the patient and their family at a time of unprecedented challenge and we are very grateful to you for highlighting it.
