Day case surgery for cataract. From the assessment through to discharge the whole process was without fault. The care, attention and involvement in the whole procedure was absolutely excellent. Can't wait to have my other eye done!
In the days following surgery I experienced flashes of light in my peripheral vision. I was seen very quickly and once again given extensive tests and assessment and then seen by a doctor who did a thorough examination and explained clearly and precisely what was happening inside my eye and what I should look out for in the following days and weeks.
