Was with friends when a problem occurred. 999 called and paramedics dispatched.
What a lovely pair of paramedics. Calm, polite, friendly, reassuring, treating everyone with respect and dignity.
Other than us needing to mask up when they arrived, it was as if there was no pandemic. Thank you for running your service amidst all of the pandemic-related shortages etc
