"Staff in Emergency Department"

My mother was admitted to ED following a suspected heart attack at home. After a while in the department, her condition suddenly deteriorated and she died.  I was so impressed by the professionalism and compassion shown to both her and me at this time, by both medical and nursing staff. I was also impressed by their fast action once they recognised how ill she was and the speed with which medication was prescribed and administered to ensure she was comfortable and peaceful at the end.
