"Problem with the receptionist"

All doctors and nurses I have seen have been extremely helpful, caring and haven’t rushed any of my appointments.

However I have always had a problem with one particular receptionist.

When you’re calling a doctors surgery it’s usually about something you’re worried/concerned over, either for yourself or somebody you care about and the one particular receptionist has no compassion what so ever, is abrupt and rude. They don’t seem to want to be in the job and everything you ask is too much like hard work for them, which isn’t what you want from the first point of call at a drs surgery.
