I was attended to promptly and treated well by caring staff who were friendly and explained everything that was happening as it went along, and the reason for it. Rachel fitted a cannula for the infusions very professionally, and removed it afterwards painlessly. Caterina checked that I was OK at each stage during the procedure, and made sure that I was covered to maintain my modesty when I had to lower my trousers. I was very happy with how the whole appointment went.
