I have worked in the NHS for over 35 years as a senior Medical Secretary in various specialties. I currently work in the Urology Department providing PA services to the clinical team.

Dear hamruniz

Thank you for leaving such positive feedback on your telephone consultation with the urology service. During the pandemic we have had to switch to mostly remote clinics with telephone and video appointments which is not always ideal but keeps the service running. I am so pleased you found your telephone consultation to be well received and you now have a treatment plan in place.
