My daughter had an appointment for day surgery unit here for an endoscopy. She was put at ease, treated well and everything went to plan. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the young student nurse who was particularly kind and chatty, she will make a really good nurse in the future. My daughter and I felt well looked after.
