In February 2019 I went to clatterbridge for an MRI scan because of chronic back pain, in August of the same year I had an appointment with a surgeon at the Walton Centre because the scan showed stenosis of my spinal canals and to misplaced discs,we discussed surgery but that is a last resort for me because I am afraid off surgery. We decided to try treatment at the pain clinic, eventually in February 2021 I went for an assessment and in July went for an diagnostic treatment which was successful but only lasted for about a week, (which was normal) I was told that I should have my treatment quite soon as the outcome would be better.
4months later I am still waiting I am in severe pain and my life is only hold because of it! I know covid has a lot to answer for but it's certainly wasn't around in 2019.
