"Very positive experience"

I had to have my gallbladder removed. From the start the whole experience was amazing: the surgeon was polite, anaesthetist was reassuring (I have MS and this may have been a problem), the greeting on the day was very professional, the nurses were friendly, food and drink was delivered with happiness, the porter was super helpful with my electric scooter.

All of this was done very swiftly and on the day and the time I was told it would happen.
