"My husband's care"

About: Powys Teaching Health Board The Royal Glamorgan Hospital / General Medicine

(as a relative),

My husband was admitted to the Royal Glamorgan Hospital with a chest infection in early September this year, having collapsed in the shower.  The only bed available apparently was at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital Llantrisant, almost 1  1/2hours from our home in the Powys area but since I was not allowed to visit due to covid I accepted this,  I believe he was initially in Ward 14  but was later moved to Ward 3having contracted Covid in the hospital - he subsequently died in mid October from Covid.
