No communication whatsoever. Last minute delayed appointments. Was told I would have a blood test but that I'd have to wait because of device shortages, but then after patiently waiting was told I needed to book another appointment to actually have the blood test booked. The appointment to get a blood test booked was then scheduled for almost two weeks later. Massively inefficient service and leaves me with zero confidence that the practice can provide help for my health problems.
