Attended ENT appointment this morning in CAH. Staff during Consultation were friendly, professional and informative throughout procedure putting me at ease. Credit and praise has to be given to the male admin member of staff . Whilst waiting to be seen I noted how professional, friendly and helpful he was to all patients who were coming into a busy department-nothing was too much problem to him-congratulations on your people skills.
